Final 1 mile
Sunday 31st Aug Marty completed his final 1 mile today of the challenge and crossed the finish line (toilet roll across the door). So proud of his determination and compassion for others. Well done Marty on smashing the challenge over a busy summer.b Share
Miles on holiday
Tuesday 12th Aug Really proud of marty continuing his 1 mile every day every day at home but even more proud he's done it when we've been away with a busy itinerary. He has been determined to get it done. Share
Day 5
Wednesday 6th Aug Marty's been working hard and completing his mile a day. We experimented with an evening run which then led to multiple hypos. 😫 But it didn't dampen Marty's determination. Well done Marty. Share
Day 3
Sunday 3rd Aug Marty found today's mile hard because he took his scooter but then discovered the route was not flat enough to use the scooter. So he had to carry around the mile.
Day 1 and Day 2
Saturday 2nd Aug Day 1 Marty completed his first mile of the challenge with his dad and sister Eve. A little eventful as Eve fell and cut her knee and hands, but they all kept going. Well done team.Thank you to my Sponsors
