Ammaar is taking on the Kid's Summer Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer.
This August I will be taking on the Kid's Summer Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer and will be moving 1 mile every day. That’s a pretty long distance for me as I am still recovering from the treatment I have had.
I want to do this for this awesome charity that have helped me during my treatment.
Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.
- £15 could go towards a grant to cover travel costs for long journeys to live saving treatment
- £26 could pay for an hour with a Young Lives vs Cancer Specialist Social Worker. They help families understand and cope with the emotional, practical and financial effects of cancer.
- £70 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

Day at Conkers
Monday 18th Aug Ammaar walked an incredible 4 miles today. We went to Conkers today and he did a few activities with lots of breaks in between. And despite some leg cramps he still managed to move 4 miles!! He loved the archery the most and has decided he wants to take up archery :) Share
