We're taking on the Kid's Summer Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer.

Want to join us in supporting a good cause? We're taking on the Kid's Summer Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

  • £15 could go towards a grant to cover travel costs for long journeys to live saving treatment
  • £26 could pay for an hour with a Young Lives vs Cancer Specialist Social Worker. They help families understand and cope with the emotional, practical and financial effects of cancer.
  • £70 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

31 miles complete

Monday 18th Aug
Ezra has managed his 31 miles as of today (19th) but will continue to do at least a mile a day for the rest of the month. Thank you for your support!

Ezra’s first week

Friday 8th Aug
Ezra’s managed his first week brilliantly, clocking in at 14 miles in 7 days. Most of these have been walks but he’s used his scooter for one of or 2. Daddy has taken up the reins this week as Mummy has been too poorly.

What’s been the best bit about the challenge so far?
“I’ve enjoyed collecting the virtual cards on Daddy’s WeWard app!”

Why is the challenge important?
“It raises money for young people who have cancer. The money raised can help pay for treatments, or for support for their families.”
