I’m taking on Walk 30 Miles in November for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be walking 30 miles this November to support children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today. 

Just a £26 donation could fund an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer specialist social worker ensuring children, young people and families always have someone by their side throughout their cancer journey.

This November I will be walking 30 miles to raise valuable funds for Young lives vs cancer. Cancer is a disease that has over the years affected my family. I lost both of my parents to cancer and more recently my brother in law Philip passed away to cancer & my husband was diagnosed with prostrate cancer. My husband’s cancer is dormant at the moment due to the fabulous treatment available. I believe that one day there will be a cure for cancer & the more funds that can be raised to help support the fabulous work that is being done to try to find a cure. My family members were not young lives affected by cancer but this disease does not discriminate old or young. For families of youngster fighting cancer my heart goes out to them. This is why I want to raise as much money as I can by completing this challenge in November, If you could donate to my just giving page, no matter his big or small EVERY penny raised will go towards finding a cure & saving lives.
