I’m running 100 Miles in October for Young Lives vs Cancer.
I’ll be running 100 Miles in October, from the 1st to the 31st, to help raise vital funds for children and young people with cancer, in support of our beautiful girl Chloe. Chloe was diagnosed with an extremely rare and aggressive brain tumour and, throughout her journey, underwent numerous surgeries, courses of chemotherapy and a six-week course of radiotherapy at The Christie in Manchester. Her strength and bravery throughout everything she has faced has inspired us beyond words. I’m taking on this challenge raise much-needed funds and help support other young people and families facing the devastating impact of cancer.
Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. With practical and emotional support. With someone always there. A social worker that gets it.
With places to stay near hospitals. With campaigning to make health, welfare and social care work better. To champion, to problem solve and bring about change.
