Run 100 Miles March 2025

My Activity Tracking

My target 100 mi

I'm running 100 miles for Young Lives vs Cancer.

I'm taking on the Run 100 Miles Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be running 100 miles in March to support children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

  • £20 could pay for a coat for a child or young person with cancer, to help keep them warm through the winter months when they really feel the cold due to treatment
  • £60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

My Updates

Half way

Friday 21st Mar
10miles done. Finding it hard to get into rhythm today.

THANK YOU ALL

Monday 17th Mar
We’ve hit our £200 target! Still got 15 days to go to complete 100miles & raise more donations. Wasn’t going to run today, but since the target was hit today, I pushed in a cheeky 5 mile before work!

PB 12.8miles!

Sunday 16th Mar
Getting those long distance runs in now, definitely feeling the burn. Thank you to everyone who has supported & donated!

Wednesday winner

Wednesday 5th Mar
Pushed a bit too much today, but knocking off those miles one at a time! Great weather too!

First run!

Sunday 2nd Mar
Not ran in 6 months.
But challenged myself with a goal of 6miles.
Managed 5 miles!
Took a new route along the river, first 2 miles was a breeze (probably thanks to a monster!)
Struggled a little in 3rd mile but managed a good pace until the end.

The beginning!

Tuesday 11th Feb
Challenge accepted!
