I'm running 100 miles for Young Lives vs Cancer.

I'm taking on the Run 100 Miles Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be running 100 miles in March to support children and young people with cancer. 

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today. 

  • £20 could pay for a coat for a child or young person with cancer, to help keep them warm through the winter months when they really feel the cold due to treatment
  • £60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

Hi my name is Catrina. 
Here is a little about me and my journey to running. 

I originally started running during the first lockdown back five years ago. I kept it up for two years. Then life got in the way and became a lot busier with work  family and ither things going on. 

But now three years on I have now been running on and off since August last year. I have now found the love of running again and I have now decided to challenge myself. 

So I have decided to run the 100 miles for this amazing charity and to help fight back against cancer. I know for every mile I do is one step closer to finding a cure for these children and their families.
