My target 100 mi

I'm running 100 miles for Young Lives vs Cancer.

I'm taking on the Run 100 Miles Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be running 100 miles in October to support children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

  • £26 could fund an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer specialist social worker ensuring children, young people and families always have someone by their side throughout their cancer journey.
  • £70 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

My Updates

Why am I doing this?

Wednesday 1st Oct
Apart from the obvious reasons!

I have an opportunity to go to Ukraine in January 2025 and help the people affected by the on going war.

This requires me to get my physical fitness to the best it can be. So why wouldn’t I do this at the same time, while being able to help the young lives affected by cancer.

Let’s be real. Life is hard, it’s full of negativity, and some things don’t make sense. However if you can do something to remotely help someone, somewhere. Then why wouldn’t you?

Thank you for your time. You don’t need to donate (although every little helps). If you don’t, just try to do something good today no matter how small it may seem. It all makes a difference.
