Run 100 Miles March 2025

My Activity Tracking

My target 100 mi

I'm running 100 miles for Young Lives vs Cancer.

I'm taking on the Run 100 Miles Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be running 100 miles in March to support children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

  • £20 could pay for a coat for a child or young person with cancer, to help keep them warm through the winter months when they really feel the cold due to treatment
  • £60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

My Updates

Few days rest!

Friday 7th Mar
After doing 13 miles in 4 days I have taken a few days rest, legs surprisingly feel good but unfortunately a bad pair of trainers have caused some painful blisters! Healed up fairly well over the last few days and now with a new pair of trainers I am ready to go again tomorrow!

£500 is the new target!

Monday 3rd Mar
After hitting the £310 goal I have raised it to £500 for the 100 Miles in March challenge!

100 Miles in March

Thursday 20th Feb
During March I would like to raise atleast £10 a day over the course of the 31 days totalling to £310… If more is raised then even better! Please give what you can

Personally, this charity means a lot to me and my family. As I mentioned to you, I lost my daughter to cancer. When you said you’re raising money for them, I couldn’t be indifferent. The support they’ve provided to my family over the past five years has been invaluable, and it’s impossible to put into words the impact they’ve had. Your gesture to help families during this difficult time is truly commendable.
