I'm taking on the Hair-Raiser Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer.

Want to join me in supporting a good cause? This September, I'm taking on the Hair-Raiser Challenge during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. I am joining hundreads of others who are shaving, cutting, dying or styling their hair for Young Lives vs Cancer. 

When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.

Young Lives vs Cancer, help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps.

Together, we can raise awareness and funds to support children and young people with cancer.

Starting the Adventure

We all know someone who's life has been affected by cancer, either directly or indirectly. This can be a stressful time in life and for the family who support those going through this battle.

As someone who has always wanted to do something to help, I saw this opportunity and believe it's the perfect time to begin.
Something as trivial as dying/cutting my hair can help those in need and the families who support them going through the biggest battle they will likely ever face. As a father of 5 I can only imagine the pressure and emotions these people face head on every single day and the courage they show is truly admirable.

Many thanks to anyone who supports me in this venture and no matter how big or small the donation is, it is absolutely invaluable and appreciated.
