Why I’m doing this!
Thursday 6th Nov I’m 58 years old and have osteoarthritis in my knees and hips so this isn’t an easy task for me and struggle everyday with walking!I am doing this walk for a very special 19yr old who had a leg removed when only 13 due to cancer, then at 15 got breast cancer fought both and went into remission. She passed her driving test, had her miracle baby 9 months ago! But unfortunately last month was diagnosed with stage 4 brain tumor and has now been given a maximum of 18 months to live!
This girl is an inspiration to many people so this cause is important to me!
