Walking with Purpose: Xander & Cassius Take on a Mile a Day for Children’s Cancer

This August, Xander and Cassius, are stepping up—quite literally—to make a difference in the lives of children fighting cancer. Every day this month, they are walking at least one mile, rain or shine, with one big goal: to raise funds and awareness for children’s cancer charities.

Childhood cancer is devastating. Every day, families around the world face the unthinkable reality of watching their child battle a life-threatening illness. The treatments are harsh. The hospital stays are long. And the emotional toll is unimaginable.

Xander and Cassius wanted to do something—something that matters. So they laced up their shoes and committed to walking a mile (or more) each day throughout August. That’s 31 days of moving their feet with heart, hope, and determination.

Sure, walking a mile a day might not sound like much at first—but for children, it’s a serious commitment. Especially when it means doing it every single day, no matter how busy, tired, or rainy it gets. It's about consistency, courage, and compassion—qualities children with cancer show every single dayBy walking each mile, Xander and Cassius are honoring those children. They’re spreading hope, raising funds, and showing that you’re never too young to make a difference.
