I'm taking on the 30 Days of Fitness Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I'm taking this on to support children and young people with cancer. Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

Children and young people with cancer are facing a winter without the magic that many of us hope for. Instead of making precious memories with their family, treatment means that they’re facing weeks spent many miles from home.

But cancer doesn’t have to mean families are torn apart. That special moments are lost. You can keep families together this winter.

£23 could pay for an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer social worker, so that children and young people with cancer, and their families, get the right care and support at the right time

£60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together.

My Updates

The End

Wednesday 12th Feb
So that's the end of my 30 days of fitness
I have absolutely loved it and this isn't the end for me, in fact it's given me the push to start, to be better, stronger and fitter and I'm proud of what I've achieved.

Thank you for everyone's support along the way.

Run

Thursday 23rd Jan
Hey

So I've hit my target again and it's all thanks to everyone whose been kind enough to donate or share my fundraising.

I've managed to complete my second run this week, beating my PB for 3 miles after not being able to run for what's felt like ages as I've been unwell.

Keep sharing and donating

Thank you

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far the support is more than appreciated.
I have been hit by the awful Christmas cold that everyone seems to have suffered which has meant I haven't been out running. However I've continued best I can to do strength training work outs at home every day along with skipping to keep going.

Keep sharing and keep donating

Thank you

Day 2

Thursday 2nd Jan
Hey

It's day 2 already and I've been hit by a wonderful cold but we carry on moving.
Two days of strength training as I haven't been able to get out running.
I'm so grateful for everyone's donations so far and can't believe how quickly I smashed the first target. Please keep sharing and donating if you can ❤️

Welcome

Sunday 29th Dec
Hey,

Thank you for your time visiting my fundraising page.
One of my best friends sons was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma and to say it was a complete shock is an understatement. Thankfully with the amazing treatment available he has made a full recovery. It certainly has opened eyes as to never knowing who this awful illness can affect.
As you may know I enjoy my fitness and running therefore when I saw the opportunity to raise money for a great charity at the same time I couldn't pass on the idea.

Thank you to my Sponsors
