I'm walking 30 miles in November for Young Lives vs Cancer.
I’m taking on Walk 30 Miles in November for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be walking 30 miles this November to support children and young people with cancer.
Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.
Just a £26 donation could fund an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer specialist social worker ensuring children, young people and families always have someone by their side throughout their cancer journey.Thank you for your support.

My Updates
And I’ve made it
Friday 28th Nov Woo-hoo! Made my self-imposed target of 100 this afternoon. It’s been a fantastic challenge - helping a really worthwhile charity, whilst pushing myself to walk just that bit further come rain or shine. Share
Almost there
Wednesday 26th Nov Managed another 5 miles in the Welsh drizzle. The dogs and I were both soaking by the end but I, for one (not so sure about the dogs), thoroughly enjoyed the romp across the common the beautiful Castle-Upon-Alun! Only another 5 miles before we complete the 100 miles I elected to do in November. 😊 Share
Frosty start
Thursday 20th Nov A lovely 7 mile walk taking in the common, the estuary, the coast path, and even a spot of brunch in the local cafe on the cliffs. Share
Wet, wet, wet
Friday 14th Nov Another stomp around the common in the rain. 53 miles completed so far! Share

Day 3
Monday 3rd Nov Another glorious walk with the faithful hound. This time we managed 5 miles. Henry was amazing, even managed to scramble over some rocks as the tide wasn’t out quite far enough! Share
Walkies in Wales
Sunday 2nd Nov Two walks down and thoroughly enjoying the challenge, so much so that I have decided to attempt to walk 100 miles in November. I just hope my elderly spaniel (13 years and 6 months old) is up to it (not to mention my elderly hips)! ShareThank you to my Sponsors
