Saturday 31st Aug
Harris had a day out with dad at Cunningar Loop today while mum was at work and added another 4 miles to the tally. We've done a minimum of 1 mile every day but some days as many as 7 just to make sure 🥰 we've loved doing this and Harris is so proud of himself - as are we! Huge thank you to everyone who has donated, it has really touched us all and although Harris isn't fully aware of the impact YLVC has, he's really chuffed with himself and thankful to everyone who's donated!

More miles completed!

Sunday 11th Aug
Here's Harris (the cheetah!) Walking home from his friend Lennox's birthday party. We made sure to walk so that we'd get some more miles in - there's even a street sign in the background though we haven't been following the themes specifically. He got some extra steps in whilst dancing too 🕺🕺

Tuesday 6th Aug
Although we've managed a mile minimum every day in August, we're doing some extra where and when we can. Today was a 3 mile scoot/dog walk in the sunshine 🌞 we both thoroughly enjoyed it!

Thursday 1st Aug
We spent the day in Saltcoats and in total walked around 7 miles. Harris asked several times "are you sure I've done my mile??" Pretty sure he did that on the beach alone! 😅

Skipping

Friday 26th Jul
Harris bought some distance counting skipping ropes today with a view to doing a few of his miles. Practising in the garden as we speak as tonight's effort resulted in him running with the skipping ropes in the air 🤣 Thank you again for all who have donated, it means the world 💓

Glasgow Pride 2024

Monday 22nd Jul
On Saturday 20th July, Harris racked up an amazing 11 miles at Glasgow Pride ahead of the fundraiser starting in August. Great practice and great fun. 🥰🏳️‍🌈
