I’m running 100 Miles in October for Young Lives vs Cancer.

A lot of you probably don't know this but I was diagnosed with Bowel cancer in 2024 at the age of 27.

Luckily for me they found it early and I made a full recovery with ongoing screenings for the rest of my life. It gave me the push I needed to give up smoking and sort out my health.

2 years later I'm down over 40kg and I want to challenge myself.

I’ll be running 100 Miles in October, from the 1st to the 31st, to help raise vital funds for children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. With practical and emotional support. With someone always there. A social worker that gets it.
With places to stay near hospitals. With campaigning to make health, welfare and social care work better. To champion, to problem solve and bring about change.
