I'm completing 1500 squats in November for Young Lives vs Cancer

I'm taking on the 1500 Squats in November Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer to support children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today. 

£20 could pay for a coat for a child or young person with cancer, to help keep them warm through the winter months when they really feel the cold due to treatment

£60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

1500 squats in 2 and half hours

Hey all 

I am doing a challenge in November 1500 squats most normal people would do this in a month but as we all know I’m not normal and like a challenge, I am aiming to do it in 2 and half hours at the most with 20kg weight, I am doing it to raise money for young lives vs cancer, if you would like to sponsor me please let me know.

I trialled 900 yesterday with 20kg and it was tough going recovering and then will aim to do it in in November, will announce a date soon.
