I'm taking on the 30 Days of Fitness Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I'm taking this on to support children and young people with cancer. Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

Children and young people with cancer are facing a winter without the magic that many of us hope for. Instead of making precious memories with their family, treatment means that they’re facing weeks spent many miles from home.

But cancer doesn’t have to mean families are torn apart. That special moments are lost. You can keep families together this winter.

£23 could pay for an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer social worker, so that children and young people with cancer, and their families, get the right care and support at the right time

£60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

30 days of WHATT!? 😅

Wednesday 11th Dec
Hi 👋🏻

I don't think I've ever done 30 days of anything consistently never mind fitness! But here goes, if you'd like to laugh at the trials and tribulations of an unhealthy, normal lass trying to get fit(ter) then here we go.

I will post daily stories of what I've been getting up to. I can't promise the most glam pictures of sunrise hikes but I can promise to post REAL daily updates of a busy, full time working mum, doing the best I can while sweating my arse off and swearing as I go 😮‍💨🤣🤦🏻‍♀️.

Let's do it 💥
