Want to join me in supporting a good cause? This September, I'm taking on the Hair-Raiser Challenge during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. I am joining hundreads of others who are shaving, cutting, dying or styling their hair for Young Lives vs Cancer.
When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.
Young Lives vs Cancer, help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer.
Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps.
Together, we can raise awareness and funds to support children and young people with cancer.

Thursday 5th Sep In Sunday I will brave the shave and on Monday I will be going on holiday rocking my new bald head, this charity ievent is so important, a friend of mine lost a child to cancer and no words can explain how it has devastated her life and the lives of her family, no one should ever feel the pain of saying goodbye to a child, we are always meant to go first. I am hoping that this charity event will help to raise funds to help these children and support their families, and to raise awareness that Cancer effects people of all ages, unfortunately even the young.
