Hair-Raiser Challenge - September 2024

I'm taking on the Hair-Raiser Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer.

Want to join me in supporting a good cause? This September, I'm taking on the Hair-Raiser Challenge during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. I am joining hundreads of others who are shaving, cutting, dying or styling their hair for Young Lives vs Cancer.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.

Young Lives vs Cancer, help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps.

Together, we can raise awareness and funds to support children and young people with cancer.

Thank you for your support.

My Updates

Hello!

Saturday 17th Aug
This is my first post. I thought I’d explain why I’m doing this. Young lives vs cancer used to be CLIC Sargent. When Ellis was diagnosed they were amazing at helping us when we needed them. You have no idea at all the extra costs that come up at the worst time of your life. If we didn’t get help I dread to think how hard it would have been.
Now I’m able to try and give back. I need no excuse for bright hair. Plus this time I can fundraise with it!! I’ve started a bit early but I can go for longer then!!
