We're taking on the Kid's Spring Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer.

Want to join us in supporting a good cause? We're taking on the Kid's Spring Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today. 

  • £15 could go towards a grant to cover travel costs for long journeys to live saving treatment 
  • £23 could pay for an hour with a Young Lives vs Cancer Specialist Social Worker. They help families understand and cope with the emotional, practical and financial effects of cancer. 
  • £60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

A lovely 4 mile walk today with lots of piggy back rides, hopping and skipping to keep up the Easter theme.

17th April - 2 miles on the walls

Beautiful evening walk on the walls after a long day visiting local attractions in York.

19th April - 4 miles on the York City walls

A fab 4 miles on the York city walls followed up with visits to the historic sites and of course a taste of some delicious yorkishire chocolate.

A lovely 4 mile walk today in the beautiful sunshine, well done guys. They definitely deserved their ice creams today.

12th April - 1.6 Mile row

Tuesday 15th Apr
Today we did a 1.6 mile row on the river Avon, finished of with some strawberries and a nice walk.

13th April 5.2 miles

The kids enjoyed a 5 mile walk in the sunshine joined by their cousins Feddie and Lilley. Thanks for coming along guys.

Wednesday 9th Apr
George warming up to do a 3.5 mile walk before a family party. This one was a great walk with all the spring flowers and blossom on the trees.

2 mile walk in the woods

Sunday 16th Mar
Today Charley and George completed a very chilly 2 mile walk in the woods. We wrapped up warm and packed some snacks ready to go explore. They completed 2 miles walking, running and hiding in the woods. We are excited for their next challenge later in the week.
