My target 100 mi

I'm running 100 miles for Young Lives vs Cancer.

I'm taking on the Run 100 Miles Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be running 100 miles in March to support children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

  • £20 could pay for a coat for a child or young person with cancer, to help keep them warm through the winter months when they really feel the cold due to treatment
  • £60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

My 100 mile fitness challenge!

Saturday 8th Mar
At the start of this month I began my running challenge. This is a great cause for children and families sadly suffering and living with cancer.
I chose to sign up to this challenge as a personal fitness challenge, as running is something I do struggle to motivate myself with and I wanted to do something that was going to push me out of comfort zone. With a busy teaching schedule and a mum of two young boys fitting those miles in day to day will be difficult and I know some are going to be harder than others to maintain throughout the month, however knowing that any amount of money that is raised from this challenge will be contributing towards this amazing charity will be a huge benefit. Thank you for any support.
