I’m walking 60 Miles in November for Young Lives vs Cancer.
I’ll be walking 60 Miles in November, from the 1st to the 30th, to help raise vital funds for children and young people with cancer.
Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. With practical and emotional support. With someone always there. A social worker that gets it.
With places to stay near hospitals. With campaigning to make health, welfare and social care work better. To champion, to problem solve and bring about change.
Every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

One Day At A Time
Saturday 3rd OctNo matter how difficult life gets, sometimes the bravest thing we can do is simply get up and face the day.
We don’t always have to have everything figured out. Some days, getting out of bed, taking a breath, and putting one foot in front of the other is enough.
Life can feel overwhelming when we look too far ahead. But we don’t have to carry tomorrow today. We can take things one day at a time, one moment at a time, and give ourselves permission to simply keep going.
There will be difficult days, but there will also be better ones. And even when progress feels small, getting up and trying again is still progress.
Sometimes, that’s where healing, hope, and a new beginning start with simply getting up and taking the day one day at a time.
