Summer Challenge Update!

We have been blown away by everyone’s generosity – thank you so much! Every message, donation and cheer has really kept Livvy and George going. 💜

So far, they’ve both tackled the Miner’s Path up Snowdon – 10 miles in wind and rain (and they couldn’t believe it only counted as 2 miles towards the challenge!). They also took on the Watkins Trail to the waterfalls  - and jumping into the freezing cold mountain water was an extra challenge in itself! 

George has even done one of his miles swimming  and Livvy’s been clocking up hers by running across the common – they’ve both been absolutely amazing.

Still a long way to go but they’re determined to keep going, one mile at a time. Thank you again for all your support 

Livvy & George’s Summer Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer

Livvy and George have decided to use their summer break to raise money for an amazing cause and I couldn’t be prouder of them.

Throughout the whole of August, they’ll be taking on the Young Lives vs Cancer Summer Challenge, doing one mile a day to raise money for children and young people living with cancer. They’ll be walking, running, biking, and swimming their way through the month - rain or shine!

It’s no small task, especially during the summer holidays, but they’re determined to do it. They’ve both learned a bit more about how cancer can turn a child’s world upside down, and they wanted to do something to help. Young Lives vs Cancer is an incredible charity that supports families through some of the hardest times imaginable.

If you'd like to cheer them on or donate, we’d all be incredibly grateful. Even a little goes a long way.
