I'm running 100 miles for Young Lives vs Cancer.
I'm taking on the Run 100 Miles Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be running 100 miles in March to support children and young people with cancer.
Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.
- £20 could pay for a coat for a child or young person with cancer, to help keep them warm through the winter months when they really feel the cold due to treatment
- £60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together
Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

Rest day but not resting
Monday 3rd Mar So today was going to be a rest day but I was worried if I stopped completely I'd not start again very easily so I needed to keep those muscles used to the exercise. Although I've not ran today, I've brisk walked from home to monks cross and back which clocked 4 miles round trip. Something I wouldn't usually do, so I'm adding these miles to my challenge. Share
