I’m walking 60 Miles in November for Young Lives vs Cancer.
I’ll be walking 60 Miles in November, from the 1st to the 30th, to help raise vital funds for children and young people with cancer.
Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. With practical and emotional support. With someone always there. A social worker that gets it.
With places to stay near hospitals. With campaigning to make health, welfare and social care work better. To champion, to problem solve and bring about change.
Every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.
Just a £26 donation could fund an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer specialist social worker, ensuring children, young people and families always have someone by their side throughout their cancer journey.
Thank you for your support.

Why I chose to do this
Sunday 4th OctMy 60 Mile Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer ❤️
Cancer is something that has affected so many people and families, including people I know personally. I’ve known people who have gone through cancer themselves, as well as people who have sadly lost loved ones to it. Seeing the impact that cancer can have on someone and the people around them is something that has always stayed with me.
That’s why this November, I’m taking on a challenge that is really important to me. I’ll be walking 60 miles throughout November to raise money for Young Lives vs Cancer, supporting children, young people and their families who are affected by cancer.
From the 1st to the 30th of November, I’ll be getting my steps in and working towards completing the full 60 miles. That works out at roughly 2 miles a day, so I’m hoping I can stay motivated and keep going throughout the month!
I wanted to take part because cancer can have such a huge impact on young people and their families. Young Lives vs Cancer provides practical and emotional support, helping families through what can be an incredibly difficult and frightening time.
What makes this challenge even more meaningful is knowing that the money raised can make a real difference. Just £26 could fund an hour of support from a specialist social worker, helping make sure children, young people and their families have someone there for them throughout their cancer journey.
I know times can be difficult for everyone, but if you’re able to donate anything at all, no matter how small, I would really appreciate it. Every donation will help me get closer to my fundraising target and will go towards supporting children and young people affected by cancer.
And if you can’t donate, that’s completely okay. Sharing my fundraising page can still help me reach more people.
I’m looking forward to getting started and hopefully completing all 60 miles! Thank you so much to everyone who supports me, donates or shares my challenge. ❤️
