I'm taking on the Cycle 300km Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer in August.
Join me in supporting a good cause and your contribution will make a big impact to children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

  • £18 could go toward powering a Home from Home for a day, ensuring families have the light and comfort they need.
  • £26 could pay for an hour with a Young Lives vs Cancer Specialist Social Worker. They help families understand and cope with the emotional, practical and financial effects of cancer.
  • £70 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together.

“200 Miles of Grit and Giving: My Ride for Young Lives vs Cancer”

Thursday 7th Aug

This year, I’ve decided to take on a serious challenge: cycling 200 miles to raise money and awareness for an incredible charity — Young Lives vs Cancer.

Why? Because no child should face cancer alone.

Every day, families across the UK hear the devastating words: “your child has cancer.” It’s a moment that turns lives upside down. Young Lives vs Cancer steps in at that very moment, offering practical, emotional, and financial support to help families cope with the unimaginable. They’re there in the hospital, at home, and every step of the way — and now I want to help them keep doing that life-saving work.

I’ll be cycling a total of 200 miles, pushing myself mentally and physically to show solidarity with the young people fighting battles far tougher than this ride. Whether it’s uphill climbs, wind, rain, or fatigue — it’s nothing compared to what these kids go through every single day.

This ride is for them.
