100 Miles for Young Lives vs Cancer
Wednesday 11th MarThis month I’m taking on a challenge walking 100 miles to raise money for the incredible charity Young Lives vs Cancer.
Every day, around 12 children and young people in the UK hear the devastating words: “You have cancer.” When this happens, their whole world and their family’s world changes overnight.
Young Lives vs Cancer provides vital support to these families when they need it most. From specialist social workers and financial support to free accommodation close to hospitals, they help families focus on what truly matters their child.
That’s why I’ve decided to challenge myself to walk 100 miles and raise funds to support the amazing work they do.
This challenge isn’t just about the miles it’s about raising awareness and making a difference, even in a small way.
Every step I take will be for the children and families facing cancer.
