Monday 5th Aug Lovely 3.8 mile walk today. Stopped half way for cake and a hot chocolate. Share

Sunday 4th Aug Lovely walk around Salford Quays and Media City. Easily walked about 6 miles. Share

Friday 2nd Aug Lovely walk to Cale Green park, not as far as yesterday. Harvey decided to scoot today, well until he got fed up. Share
