  • £70 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

2 days to go!

Wednesday 30th Jul
We're all ready for the challenge, walks and bike rides planned, tracker working and connected to this page to track the miles (well, kilometres as it won't do miles, so we're doing minimum of 3.2 kilometres a day!).
We're all excited and can't wait to be able to give back to help those in need ♡

1 week to go and we've hit target, thank you!

Saturday 26th Jul
A few more days to go and we'll be kicking off our challenge. We were out training today, 4 and a half mile walk in preparation for the fundraiser.
We've been planning our days, making sure we meet the target each day through August!

A big big thank you for the donations, we're over the £350 target and can't quite believe it. Its for an amazing cause and will help so many children and families, so thank you ♡

2 weeks to go - thank you for the donations ♡

Thursday 17th Jul
Only a couple more weeks to go and we're looking forward to the challenge. Last night, Hugo was admitted to hospital for one night so he has also seen just how important it is so help children and their families when faced with a hospital stay. He's on his own recovery now, as is Grace, but nothing will stop them achieving this challenge ♡

A big thank you from Hugo and Grace

Sunday 13th Jul
We would both like to say thank you for the donations. We are looking forward to the challenge and to be able to help others ♡

We've increased the target again and we can't believe it!

Love Hugo and Grace x

We're blown away, thank you for the donations!!

Saturday 12th Jul
We've gone past our target of £100 which is just amazing, so we've doubled it to £200.
A big thank you to everyone. Hugo and Grace are so excited to complete the challenge for such an amazing cause ♡♡♡

Wow, already passed our target, thank you!

Friday 11th Jul
We've already passed our target of £50, thank you so much! We've doubled the target now to £100 and Hugo and Grace are so excited to complete their challenge ♡

Thank you again!

Our challenge

Monday 7th Jul
Hi all, we've decided to do the summer challenge, however instead of 1 mile a day, we're going to do 2 miles a day throughout all of August.
This may be through walking, running, bikes rides or even swimming.

After a short period of time in hospital earlier this year for Grace (with a ruptured appendix and complications from surgery), we were able to see how poorly some children can be. We were lucky enough to be able to come home and carry on as normal, but others can't.

Grace needed emergency surgery during her time in hospital, she still has some side effects from this now, so for her to complete this challenge will be a huge achievement ♡

We also want to do something little to raise money to help Young Lives vs Cancer.

No matter how small, we would appreciate any donation.

Thank you ♡♡♡
