Day 31

Wednesday 21st Aug
Girls finished their final day with a mile walk.

Day 30

Wednesday 21st Aug
Today Orlaith had a 5 miles bike ride. Ava had a morning at gymnastics. Niamh ran a mile and finished with some 100m sprints

Day 29

Sunday 18th Aug
Today the girls up 7000 steps at a play park.

Day 28

Sunday 18th Aug
Ava and Orlaith had a busy morning at gymnastics whilst Niamh ran 4 miles. They all then finished the day with a mile walk.

Day 27

Thursday 15th Aug
Girls have done lots of steps at gymnastics today.
Niamh had a busy day but had a mile walk to finish off

Day 26

Thursday 15th Aug
The girls had a 2 mile walk around the York walls. Orlaith had a 3 mile bike ride. Niamh finished the day with a 3 mile run with athletics.

Day 24

Wednesday 14th Aug
Busy day with Grand-Parents but we made time for a quick 2 mile bike ride.

Day 23

Tuesday 13th Aug
Today the girls did lots of walking with Grandma and Grandad and then finished the day with a mile bike ride.

Day 21 and 22

Sunday 11th Aug
The girls didnt get time to do day 21 so they doubled up this morning for day 22. Junior park run followef by a 5k walk for another local charity raising money. So 4 miles each today.

Day 20

Friday 9th Aug
Niamh took Orlaith for a 2 mile walk to town and back.
Ava had a mile walk with some running along side Orlaith on her bike.

Day 19

Friday 9th Aug
The girls managed a 7 mile bike ride today.

Day 18

Thursday 8th Aug
A busy at Athletics today for all three girls. Lots of steps clocked up during training and competing in sprints, 600m, long jump and shot put.

Tuesday 6th Aug
3.6 mile bike ride 😃

Tuesday 6th Aug
11000 steps clocked up today walking around Nottingham city centre

Day 15

Sunday 4th Aug
Today was a busy one Ava and Orlaith skipped and did cartwheels for a mile. Niamh and Ava had a mile bike ride and Orlaith 5 mile. Niamh also competed at athletics.

Day 14

Saturday 3rd Aug
Niamh completed park run with her Dad today. Orlaith and I went for a mile walk. Ava and Orlaith then had a quick 1.5 mile bike ride.

Day 13

Saturday 3rd Aug
An easier day today just a mile walk after a busy week.

Day 12

Friday 2nd Aug
A lovely 2.5 mile mile in Scarborough.
Niamh finished off with a hilly 4 mile bike ride with her Dad.

Day 11

Friday 2nd Aug
Lovely 2.5 mile walk around Thornton Le Dale today. More SUP boarding. Finished off with a 1 mile evening walk.

Tuesday 30th Jul
Something different today 5 miles on the paddle board.

First day of holiday a quick bike ride in the forest 3.6 miles

Another mile each at junior park run

Day 7

Saturday 27th Jul
Niamh had a super day clocking up her mile at athletics 75m hurdles, 100m sprint and 800m plus warming up. Ava and Orlaith took a walk with Grandma.

Day 6

Friday 26th Jul
Tonight Niamh ran 2 miles whilst the girls and I walked with some sprints thrown in. They all also walked a mile each earlier in the day.

Day 5

Thursday 25th Jul
Niamh and Ava took a walk into town together clocking up 4 miles. Orlaith took a walk to the park clocking up 1 mile and has also had a bike ride.

Day 4

Wednesday 24th Jul
No pictures today.
Ava and Orlaith completed a quick 2 mile bike ride.
Niamh joined the running club for a nice 5k trail rum.

Day 3

Tuesday 23rd Jul
Orlaith completed 11000 steps at sports club. Niamh and Ava racked up 10,000 steps shopping and finished with a 1 mile run under 8 mins 30 secs speedy
