Friday 31st Oct Hi all, my name is Sophia and I'll be 51 years old on the 5th of November. I've being on a healthy lifestyle change since March, where I've being trying to eat right and move a bit more. So, when I came across this challenge I thought what a good idea to raise some money for a good cause while getting my steps in.
