Thursday 1st Aug Halifax to brighouse and back through elland.A pleasant morning for it, bumped into a friend in town and stopped for longer than I should. Made good timing into brighouse, seen an old boy on a bike wasn't gonna let him have the lead so made sure to power away out in front, through much sweat and tired legs I arrived at the Halifax end of the Rochdale canal, a glance behind me revealed the old boy I'd seen in brighouse no more than 10m behind me he must have been 60 or more.(He was on an E bike.).
