We're taking on the Kids' Summer Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer, and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.
Young Lives vs Cancer helps families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day, 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news that they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.
Just a £26 donation could fund an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer specialist social worker, ensuring children, young people and families always have someone by their side throughout their cancer journey.
£70 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Home from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together.

Week 1 Complete
Friday 7th Aug I have now completed the first week of my challenge. I have walked, swam, scooted and ridden my bike, its keeping me very active. Thank you everyone for supporting me and this fab charity. Share
3rd Mile Completed
Saturday 1st Aug Hi everyone, we took a trip to Delamere forest today to walk our mile around the Gruffalo trail. We saw all the animals from the book and had a picnic there too. We put the Hey Duggee song on towards the end 'step by step' to keep us going. Thank you all so much for your donations. Love Ferne xxx Share
1st Mile Completed
Thursday 30th Jul Today Ferne completed her first mile of her 31 mile challenge, she was very proud of herself. We decided to do our first walk around Chester zoo. We love it here and it was a bonus we got to see some of the animals too. Share

Thursday 16th Jul Hi everyone, my name is Ferne and I am 5 years old. When mummy asked if I would like to do something to help children over the summer holidays, I asked what I could do....so I am going to be doing 1 mile per day throughout August either walking, scooting or on my bike to raise money to help children who are poorly and to help their families too.
