50 Miles in TWO WEEKS

So I accidentally discovered that September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and decided I wanted to do something. I then accidentally stumbled upon this 80 miles is September challenge !!! After adding up all my miles that my Apple Watch had recorded I realised that I had racked up just under 30 miles without knowing it so why not try and do 50 miles in 2 weeks ! 

A beautiful family very close to my heart recently lost their beloved 12 year old Son, Nephew, Grandson, Cousin called Joshua. To watch people you love go through this is an enormous eye opener to what families go through during these awful times, I know that walking 80 miles in a month will never compare to what they all go through but by doing this I’m hoping to raise awareness for an amazing charity that gives so much help and support to families that need it. 

Please donate whatever you can to hopefully make a difference to families who rely on these charities for some well needed support. 
Why Walk 80 Miles?
Young cancer patients face an 80 mile round trip, on average, to get treatment.  Not only is this physically and emotionally exhausting, it comes it a huge financial cost too. It costs £255 a month when treatment is at its most intense.  

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.
