We're taking on the Kids' Summer Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer, and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

Young Lives vs Cancer helps families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day, 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news that they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

Just a £26 donation could fund an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer specialist social worker, ensuring children, young people and families always have someone by their side throughout their cancer journey.

£70 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Home from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together.

Dalkeith Adventure

Saturday 1st Aug
Just shy of 5 miles, ventured somewhere new today while visiting mom and dad. We’ve come to Dalkeith Country Park and while the route wasn’t very well sign posted it was a really enjoyable trail, but quite a few steep hills that proved tricky for Blake, but thankfully Daddy was there to give him a push. Lots of whinging - Blake’s middle name and main personality trait - but a ham sandwich, ice cream and a play on the park made all the hard work and tired legs worth it :) get me a beer xx

These 3 miles were brutal as Blake did nothing but whinge the whole way round 🤣 but got it done 💙🚲

Spent 45 mins this evening in the gorgeous golden hour. 
We had one accident, little Blake took a tumble and has the war wounds to prove it! 
We saw swans, ducks but no heron... there is always next time :)

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to visit our page…. Me and the boys are really excited to take part in such a worthwhile fundraiser after our lovely little friend Aubrey received his diagnosis earlier this year. His strength, endurance and courage has been an inspiration to us, and we wanted to help in some way but a lot of the time with cancer, loved ones can feel helpless. Doom scrolling one night an ad popped up for the Young Lives vs Cancer Summer Challenge and I straight away knew it was something that me and Rory and Blake would be able to achieve and in some way contribute to making someone’s journey that bit easier. The boys are super active and love riding their bikes so we are really excited to have the motivation behind us to reach our goal. Thank you so much for all your generous donations, we are really touched xxx
