I'm walking 100 miles for Young Lives vs Cancer.

I'm taking on the Walk 100 Miles Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer. I will be walking 100 miles in May to support children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

  • £15 could go towards a grant to cover travel costs for long journeys to live saving treatment
  • £23 could pay for an hour with a Young Lives vs Cancer Specialist Social Worker. They help families understand and cope with the emotional, practical and financial effects of cancer.
  • £60 could pay for a night in a Young Lives vs Cancer Homes from Home, a free place for families to stay close to specialist hospitals when their child is going through treatment, keeping families together

Join me in supporting a good cause, your contribution will make a big impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

Wow that was tiring but I managed to walk my first 3 miles in 95 mins. Hopefully it gets easier as the weeks go on!

Welcome

Tuesday 22nd Apr
Hi, I’m Lexi and am 9yrs old. I am walking 100 miles in May, to help raise some money for children and their families suffering with cancer. This is a cause close to my heart and when I grow up I want to be a scientist, so I can try and find a cure for cancer.

I am nervous for the challenge but determined to complete it.

Please sponsor me if you can.
