Run 100 Miles in October 2026

I’m running 100 Miles in October for Young Lives vs Cancer.

I’ll be running 100 Miles in October, from the 1st to the 31st, to help raise vital funds for children and young people with cancer.

Young Lives vs Cancer help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. With practical and emotional support. With someone always there. A social worker that gets it.
With places to stay near hospitals. With campaigning to make health, welfare and social care work better. To champion, to problem solve and bring about change.

Every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Make a donation and show your support today.

Just a £26 donation could fund an hour of support from a Young Lives vs Cancer specialist social worker, ensuring children, young people and families always have someone by their side throughout their cancer journey.

Thank you for your support.

My Updates

100 miles for Clo

Saturday 5th Sep

In July, I sadly lost my fiancée to a cancerous brain tumour.

There are no words that can really explain what it feels like to lose the person you planned your future with. The last few months have been incredibly difficult and there are still days when it doesn’t quite feel real.

But rather than let the pain consume me, I want to try to turn it into something positive and something that can help other families who are facing the devastating reality of cancer.

So throughout October, I’m taking on a challenge that is going to push me both physically and mentally.

Im going to run 100 miles to raise as much money as possible for this cancer charity.

100 miles….. Bloody hell…

It’s a big challenge and I know there are going to be days when my legs are tired, my mind is struggling and I’ll question how I’m going to keep going. But whenever that happens I’ll remind myself why I started.

For Chloe.

I’m doing it in memory of the incredible person she was and to honour the fight she went through.

I’m also doing it for everyone who has heard the words “it’s cancer”. Those currently going through treatment, for the families supporting their loved ones, and for those who have sadly lost someone they love.

If this challenge can raise money that helps fund research, support patients and families, or gives someone hope during the darkest time of their life, then every mile will be worth it.

Every mile will be for Clo.
Every donation will help make a difference.
And every step will be taken in her memory.

100 miles. One month. One very important person and reason ❤️
